GoGetNow is a decentralized instant delivery technology platform for local and independent shops. Our mission is to make instant delivery accessible, affordable and available for all local shops and shoppers.  

Whether you’re a shop or a shopper, just download our GoGetNow app from Apple App or Google Play store, sign up and start using us to Send Anything, Pickup Anything, or even send us to Buy & Delivery Anything for you.  

The order journey is simple:  

  • Decide what you want 
  • Enter the store you want to order from and its address 
  • Describe the item and upload a screenshot  
  • Let us know what the item cost is. 
  • Our rider goes to the store, shops for/collects your item, pays for it and delivers it to your address. 

It’s really is that simple.  

If you’re a Rider, and would like to apply to ride with us, apply here. Once you’ve completed the onboarding process, you can download the GoGetNow Doorbell app from the Apple App or Google Play store. 

1.Send Anything – Independent and local shops use the ‘Send Anything’ button on the GoGetNow web or mobile app, to immediately have any online or phone order delivered to a customer. 

Example:  

  • David the customer orders business cards online from the local Printbox printing shop, he needs the cards urgently but with back-to-back Zoom calls he can’t collect them, the local printing shop understands the importance of convenience and great customer service, so they offer to deliver David’s order to him using the GoGetNow App.  
  • The shop signs into the GoGetNow app and selects the Send Anything button  
  • They add the delivery and collection address, add a picture of the item they are sending and place the order.  
  • A GoGetNow rider receives the order, collects the business cards from Printbox and delivers them to David.  
  • David is so impressed with the service and tells all his colleagues to order from the local printing shop.  
  • Jane is one of the best local photographers she has just finished editing pictures for one of her customers and needs to get them printed. She stops at her nearest Snappy Snap and orders her photo prints, she can’t wait for the photos to be printed because she is fully booked, so she requests for the store to please deliver them to her when they’re done.  
  • The shop signs into the GoGetNow app and selects the Send Anything button  
  • They add the delivery and collection address, add a picture of the item they are sending and place the order.  
  • A GoGetNow rider receives the order, collects the photos and delivers them to Jane. 
  • Janes loves how convenient it is to get her photos printed at Snappy Snap 

2.Pick-up Anything – Shoppers, call the local store, place an order, and send GoGetNow to pick it up. 

Example:  

  • Olivia has big plans for a dinner party she is hosting, the menu is all planned, but she forgot to buy the meat, so she phones Snoggy’s her local butcher and orders her meat for collection, Snoggy’s accepts her order and gives her an order collection reference number.  
  • Olivia signs into her GoGetNow app and selects the Pick-Up Anything button 
  • She adds her address as the delivery address and Snoggy’s address as the collection address.  
  • She adds a picture of the item being collected and a delivery note to the rider of the order reference number and places her order. 
  • A GoGetNow rider receives the order, collects the order and delivers it to Olivia 
  • Gemma is home with baby boy Jack because he has a slight cough and isn’t feeling well. She doesn’t want to take him out in the cold, so she phones her nearest Boots and speaks to the Pharmacist on duty, he recommends a cough mixture and she orders the cough mixture from him for collection. 
  • Gemma signs into her GoGetNow app and selects the Pick-up Anything button 
  • She enters the Boots address as the collection address, adds a picture of the bottle, and places her order. 
  • A GoGetNow rider receives her order, shops for it and delivers it instantly.  
  • Gemma is relieved that she has the cough mixture and can help him soothe his cough. 

 

3.Go Buy & Deliver Anything – Shoppers can send a GoGetNow rider to buy something from a shop that doesn’t have an instant delivery listing. 

Example:  

  • Michael is a hard-working contractor he’s at the Browns today, they’ve asked him to paint their home.  
  • Halfway through, the handle on Michael’s favourite paintbrush breaks, he needs to replace it quickly before the paint dries up.  
  • Michael signs into his GoGetNow app, selects the Go Buy & Deliver Anything button 
  • Selects the Leyland SDM store which is his local go-to hardware store that is just 2 miles away, adds the image of the paintbrush, tells us how much it costs and places his order.  
  • A GoGetnow rider receives the order, shops for the paintbrush and delivers it instantly.  
  • Michael can now finish the paint job hassle-free  
  • Emily left home early this morning; she’s in a rush to get to the office to prepare for an important meeting.  
  • As she was going to sit down her handbag hooked on her stockings caused a long ladder, she is not troubled by this at all because she knows she can send GoGetNow to get her the same pair from her local TK Max store while she prepares for the day.
  • Emily signs into her GoGetNow app, selects the Go Buy & Deliver Anything button 
  • Selects the nearest TK Max store, adds the image of the stockings she needs, tells us how much it costs and places his order.  
  • A GoGetnow rider receives the order, shops for it and delivers it instantly.  
  • Emily does a quick change and heads over to the boardroom hassle-free.

While quarantining in a hotel after a trip abroad, our Founder, Ludré, realized that even with all the instant delivery apps available, he still couldn’t order the brand of decaf coffee he craved. This is because of the limitations of instant delivery apps, and the fact that he couldn’t ask for what he wanted. This is where the idea behind GoGetNow was born.  

Ludré, set out to change the instant delivery sector by placing the power in the customer’s hands. Now, you can order anything you want, when you want it, as long as it fits into a shopping bag and the store is within 2 miles of the delivery address. You don’t have to simply accept what delivery apps offer.  

When processing your order, we hold a reserve amount that is equal to 10% of your order, or 1 Pound, whichever is the higher amount. This is to account for any fluctuations in the price of the item. Rest assured; the reserve amount is not captured with your payment if we don’t need to use it. 

We currently deliver in Putney (London). But we’ll be expanding to a shop near you soon! 

We deliver every day from morning until late at night, and different shops will have different opening times.  

Please make sure to place your order before the store closes. 

Once you’ve placed your order, it’s sent directly to the rider for them to buy and bring it to your delivery address.

We have a dedicated team that looks after your entire GoGetNow experience, from the moment you place an order right through to it arriving with you. However, we do understand that sometimes things might go wrong. If this is the case, you can use the ‘Help’ function in the GoGetNow app to speak to our customer service team and report any issues.  

You can also contact us at care@gogetnow.xyz We also provide you with a receipt of your purchase, should you need more proof of purchase. The receipt is accessible in-app in your ‘order history’.  

Sometimes things outside of a rider’s control can cause a delay. Where we can, we will always try and proactively call you if we become aware that your order might not arrive within the estimated time of delivery, and our team will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
