At GoGetNow, we’re excited to offer an additional and flexible way to meet shops and customers’ instant delivery needs. We understand that customers want and need  same-day or instant delivery for a wide range of products, from hardware store items for DIY projects to medicines, books, and clothing—just like they do for food and groceries.

Addressing the Gaps in Current Delivery Apps

While popular instant delivery services like Deliveroo and Uber Eats have transformed food and grocery delivery, they come with some baggage and limitations:

1. Limited Product Range: These platforms only allow customers to buy food and groceries from stores and restaurants listed on their app. GoGetNow on the other hand enables you to buy anything from a local store and get it picked up. Just use the store’s current click and collect service and then send GoGetNow to pick it up
2. High Commission Fees for Shops: Stores are forced to pay up to 35% commission on every invoice, which takes a substantial cut from their revenue. GoGetNow on the other hand don’t charge the stores any commission. The only fee is the delivery fees
3. Limited-Service Areas: The current delivery apps typically focus on high-density urban areas, leaving suburbs and other locations without access to instant delivery.

How GoGetNow is Different

GoGetNow aims to fill these gaps and bring instant delivery to small and medium-sized independent businesses in both cities and suburbs. We offer:

• Send Anything: Businesses can book a rider directly to deliver any purchased product using our “Send Anything” feature.
• Pick Up Anything: Customers can use GoGetNow to pick up items from any store with our “Pick Up Anything” feature.
• Rider-Buyer Service: Our riders can go to any store and buy items on behalf of customers, ensuring you get exactly what you need.

Launching  in June 2024

After successful mini pilots  in Edinburgh and London, we are preparing for our full launch on 12 June  2024. To ensure we meet demand effectively, we’re conducting a survey and adding initial stores and customers to a waitlist. Our goal is to deliver promptly and accurately, every time.
